Cancellation Terms

More than 28 days before arrival
You will receive a 100% refund of total booking charges, minus a $25 cancellation fee (taxable).

15–28 days before arrival
You will receive a 50% refund of total booking charges, minus a $25 cancellation fee (taxable).

14 days or less before arrival
No refund will be issued.

Cancellation Fee

All cancellations are subject to a $25 taxable cancellation processing fee, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.
