We fell in love with Hot Springs. Our dogs couldn't come. We fixed that.

Clinton and Theresa kept coming back to Hot Springs — the spa, the river, the restaurants. Every time they left their two dogs behind because nothing in town would have them. So they stopped searching and built The Bailey. Because no dog should get left home.

The Bailey is named for our dog. She was the love of our lives — the dog we never left home.

We built this place for her. And for every dog like her.

No pet fees. No restrictions. Just a home that was ready for your dog before they arrived.

Your dog will love it here. Trail access, river walks, a walkable neighborhood and a yard to decompress in — Hot Springs is as dog-first as The Bailey itself.

When you're ready for a bigger day out, Asheville is 40 minutes away — Biltmore House, numerous breweries, restaurants, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the kind of food scene that justifies the drive. But most of our guests tell us they never move their car.
